Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Agadir → Taroudant → Taliouine → Ait Ben Haddou
Your adventure begins with a morning pickup in Agadir. We travel through the charming coastal city of Taroudant and continue to Taliouine, the heart of Morocco's saffron-producing region. Our destination is the magnificent Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as the backdrop for numerous films. You'll have time to explore this ancient fortress before dinner and your overnight stay in a nearby hotel.
Day 2: Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley → Merzouga Desert Camp
After breakfast, we visit the famous Film Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate before traveling along the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs." We explore the stunning Dades Valley and its dramatic gorge with spectacular red rock formations. We continue to Merzouga, stopping at Erfoud to visit a local fossil workshop.
