Early Cancelation
More than 15 days before tour
Full refund minus transaction fees only. Your peace of mind guaranteed.
Standard Cancelation
7-15 days before tour
Half of the tour cost will be refunded. Contact us to discuss alternatives.
Late Cancelation
Less than 7 days before tour
No refund issued. We've already incurred operational costs.
How to Cancel Your Booking

Include your booking reference number, tour date, and any relevant information about your cancelation.

We'll confirm your cancelation and inform you of your refund eligibility based on the date of cancelation.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Special Circumstances & Exceptions
We understand that life happens. If your cancelation is due to extraordinary circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies or hospitalization
- Death or serious illness of a family member
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Government travel restrictions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Please contact us immediately at info@originalmoroccotours.com with documentation. We're willing to discuss alternative dates, partial refunds, or credit toward future tours on a case-by-case basis.
Prefer to Reschedule?
If you'd like to move your tour to a different date rather than cancel, we're happy to help! You can reschedule your booking at no additional charge if:
- You provide notice more than 7 days before your current tour date
- Your new tour date is within 12 months of the original booking
- The rescheduled tour is of similar or lesser value
