Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Agadir → Taroudant → Taliouine → Ait Ben Haddou

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup in Agadir. We drive through the charming coastal city of Taroudant, known for its impressive ramparts and traditional markets. You'll have time to explore the medina. We continue to Taliouine, the heart of Morocco's saffron-producing region, where you can learn about this precious spice and visit local markets. Our final destination is the magnificent Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has served as the backdrop for numerous films. You'll have time to explore this ancient fortress and enjoy the sunset before dinner and your overnight stay in a nearby hotel.

Day 2: Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley → Todra Gorge

After breakfast, we visit the famous Film Atlas Studios in Ouarzazate before traveling along the legendary "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs." We explore the stunning Dades Valley with its dramatic red rock formations and visit the spectacular Dades Gorge. We continue through the Todra Gorge, where towering cliffs rise dramatically on either side. You'll have time for an evening walk through the impressive canyon. Dinner and overnight stay in Todra Gorge.

Day 3: Todra Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga Desert Camp

Begin your day with a morning walk through the Todra Gorge's impressive canyon. We then drive to Merzouga, passing through traditional Berber villages and the Ziz Valley. We stop at Erfoud to visit a local fossil workshop and learn about the region's geological history. In the late afternoon, you'll embark on a camel trek into the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes to witness a breathtaking Sahara sunset.
