Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Ouarzazate → Dades Gorges → Todra Gorge We depart from Ouarzazate in the morning, taking the "Road of a Thousand Kasbahs" through the Skoura Oasis. We'll visit the beautiful Kasbah Amridil before continuing to the Dades Valley. After exploring the winding roads and striking rock formations of the Dades Gorge, we head to the Todra Gorge. You'll spend the night in a hotel near the canyon, giving you time to enjoy the scenery.
Day 2: Todra Gorge → Erfoud → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi) After breakfast, you'll have time for a walk through the massive Todra Gorge. We then travel to the desert, passing through Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. Upon arrival in Merzouga, you'll start your camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes. You'll watch the sunset over the golden sands before arriving at your Berber camp. The evening includes a traditional dinner, music around a campfire, and a night under the brilliant Saharan stars.
Day 3: Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate Wake up early to experience a magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast at the camp, you will ride your camel back to Merzouga. From there, we begin our return journey to Ouarzazate. We will travel through the Alnif area and the vast, scenic Draa Valley, famous for its millions of palm trees. We'll cross the Anti-Atlas mountains and arrive back in Ouarzazate in the afternoon, where your tour concludes.
